Hello, my name is Eric Achenbach. I am a self taught Artist who works mainly with graphite on paper. I've been drawing my whole life but never took it seriously, until 2020 during the pandemic. I picked back up my pencil and haven't put it down since.
I love creating hyperrealism mixed with surrealism. The goal of my art is to create an image that looks very real that captures a thought, emotion, or feeling where words fail to describe. I love creating discussions that gives a sense of relatable experiences to everyone. Removing the barriers of race, sex, gender, and religion and creating art that show that we all are humans.
